You may have noticed a few changes in your GlassFrog work area recently: Tension Processor and changes on the proposal page. In case it slipped under your radar, discover below two helpful features:

Tension Processing: Easy as a Breeze!
Do you often struggle to process your tension? Now GlassFrog helps you to sort it out!

Once you have added a new tension in your “Tension Inbox”, click on “Process” to the far right. Choose one of the four options and let you be guided!

Proposal Workflow: 
The Proposal page gives an simple overview of proposals status:

• To Review:
  All proposals submitted by other members of your circles, and that you haven't processed yet.
  
  
• In Draft:
  Any of your agenda items for which you wrote a proposal but the proposal hasn't been submitted.
  
  
• Open Proposals in Your Circles:
  Proposals you have submitted and that are waiting to be processed by other members;
  Proposals submitted by others that you have responded to but not all members did, and that haven’t been escalated to a meeting.
