What's New in GlassFrog – April 2025

April 02, 2025

April Product (APM) Updates:

This month, we’re thrilled to unveil significant enhancements to Advanced Project Management (APM) — now sharper, simpler, and more streamlined than ever.

View the Full Scope of Your Work:

You can now see all nested actions, sub-projects, and their associated actions directly from the project overview. This makes it easier to break down large initiatives into bite-sized, manageable chunks, giving your team better visibility into complex projects.

Next, Waiting & Scheduled Actions

We’ve redesigned the navigator to reflect how real teams work:

  • Next: See what’s actionable now

  • Waiting: Know what’s blocked and who you’re waiting on

  • Scheduled: See what's coming up, sorted by due date

These new tabs make it effortless to track progress, unblock teammates, and stay focused — all within one clear, unified view.

Prioritize With Precision

We’ve added flexible sorting options so your queue works the way you do:

  • Manual Sort: Drag and drop actions into the perfect order

  • Sort by Age: Bring older actions to the surface

  • Sort by Scheduled: Know what's coming and organize next-actions

Triggers Are Now Called “Scheduled”

To keep things crystal clear, we’ve renamed “Trigger” to Scheduled. This new name better reflects the three core states:

  • Next – ready to take action

  • Waiting For – dependent on someone/something

  • Scheduled – set to activate at a future date

How to Turn on Advanced Project Management

Want to try it out? Here's how:

  • If you’re an admin: Go to Organizational Settings > Features, then check the box under Beta Features for APM.

  • If you’re not an admin: Ask your organization admin to enable APM in settings.

💡Pro tip: When APM is paired with Goals & Targets (OKRs) and FrogBot AI, your entire organization gains a single-pane view of who owns what, what’s next, and what success looks like.
